Weekend Biking/ Tia Buster
This weekend I did a little biking on Salem Creek Trail. It was a bit windy, but still a great ride nonetheless. I rode just past the Reynolds Park Golf Course when I came to place where the creek had risen over the trail. Prof Allen informed me that it was still possible to keep going because you can still remain on the trail, even through the water, with a bit of good eyesight and coordination. I am lacking in both areas so I did not attempt to continue on. In all, I rode for about an hour and completed almost 5miles. I felt good about it, and I will continue to push myself a little harder each time.
